What social issues do you address?
I am particularly interested in how people are excluded from all sorts of places and activities and how we can change that situation.

How do you address them?
By getting people to think about their own perceptions of everyday events.

What non-gallery spaces do you work in?
Generally the street but also community spaces.

Why do you work outside galleries?
I want to make art part of everyday life, to share it with people who wouldn’t readily go into a gallery, who think art is ‘posh’.

What is live art?
Making art that takes time to do, be part of or see.

Why is this art?
More and more artists are creating ideas rather than ‘things’ and it’s important to me that everyone can participate and help to create the art.
